Description
Assistant to the CASS Director; Academic Personnel Coordinator; Postdoctoral Scholar Coordinator; Astrophysics Seminar Coodinator; CASS website manager; handle travel arrangements and process visas, acquisitions and reimbursements for 4th Floor SERF Astro Faculty, Researchers, Postdocs, and Graduate Students, as well as for CASS visitors; oversee budget monitoring of Physics seminar funds; in charge of CASS calendaring; update CASS employee and affiliate directories; assist Physics Department with faculty grades each quarter.
